Creating more options for creatives
Love this article from PJ Pereira at Periera & O'Dell. Having recently moved into a more entrepreneurial role myself, I can definitely relate. But he makes one point in particular that really hit home. Why do we force creatives into management roles if they want to make more money? Some people aren’t meant to be managers. Some don’t want to. But that doesn’t mean they can’t bring tremendous value to an agency. So let’s open up the checkbooks and start paying these people what they are worth.
