Do you work at one of the 'best' agencies?

Ad Age came out with it’s annual “Best Places to Work” list yesterday. Did your agency make the cut? Should it have? I’d love to hear (anonymously, if you’d like) what people think makes for a great work environment. For me, the people matter the most. By far. After that, it’s the work, the leadership and the opportunities for growth. I also personally enjoy an agency that puts some effort into the ‘culture’ Some people hate this. What do you think?
